  • Do you make personal deliveries? Yes, if you are in the CDMX and State of Mexico , we can agree on a middle point to be able to make the delivery on weekends, send us a WhatsApp at the end of your purchase with your order number.
  • What happens if personal delivery cannot be made? In case we cannot find a middle ground to carry out the Personal delivery , don't worry, we'll send it to the address you prefer via parcel service, charging based on the base amount of 95.00 MXN.

Personal deliveries. 📦

At misha.shop, we offer personal deliveries only in the State of Mexico and Mexico City, keeping these points in mind:

  • After making your purchase, you must contact us by any means to arrange a delivery location.
  • Personal deliveries will only be made on weekends; a mutually agreed-upon compromise must be reached.
  • If we cannot agree on a compromise, we will send it by land parcel , which will start from the base amount of 95.00 MXN .

Exchanges and returns. 💵

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipping date in the same new condition will be eligible for a refund as store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping and handling fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.

Items such as underwear or delicate items cannot be returned, and exchanges will be made for manufacturing defects and, in some cases, for handling during shipping.
